| Our Cookery School revolves around serious, but unpretentious real food, just like our Deli and Restaurant! Claude will show your team how to achieve the simple basics right through to having enough confidence and flare to be able to cook a three or four course meal. Our Corporate Team Building Sessions have several formats.
All our courses includes welcome Coffee, full demonstration with recipe pack and a full lunch/dinner with wine and coffee. Please note that the Corporate Cookery Courses requires a minimum of 10 guests and that a non-refundable £200 deposit is payable when reserving. Tammy Mariaux |
| Corporate Team Building Day |
The format for this day/evening revolves around Claude demonstrating a three course Menu, over a period of 1 ½ hours. It’s then over to the team to replicate the three courses in a 2 hour period so that it is ready for them to eat, Claude gives the Team his top three tips and then supervises the chaos, laughs and general Team spirit that prevails. He isn’t without a few surprises up his sleeve to make sure the session goes with a BANG! The format for this course revolves around the preparation of a meal, which could be used for a dinner party, lunch with friends or a romantic dinner for two! It will show your Team how to get organised so that when their guests arrive they will not have to spend hours in the kitchen. “Hands on for beginners”, is partially demonstration and partially hand on, and Claude will get the Team involved as the course progresses.
