I just wanted to write and say what a wonderful afternoon we all had with you yesterday. Although I do cook, not often enough according to my wife, it was fabulous to see a professional at work and I learnt a huge amount. The food was delicious, as it always is in the restaurant, and most importantly it was the greatest of fun.
As you heard the team come from all over the UK and it was ideal to bring them together in such a convivial atmosphere and also to work as a team. I was hugely impressed by their efforts.
