Introduction to the Chef |
|
Those of you who have met Claude before will recognise the total dedication with which he runs his business, having started Tummies in 1988 at the age of 23, he has grown it to the size it is today. Claude is originally from Switzerland, but feels more at home here in the UK. His dry sense of humour and will to have a good laugh, must surely have been learnt here! This said he is an enormously hard working man (workaholic actually) who is extremely precise, but also has great flair and above all the knack to make everybody feel at home. |

Which class should I go on? | |
For ease we have divided our courses into Chef’s Hats, better known as “Toques”, so if you are a real novice we’d suggest you try our “Hands on for beginners”, this was developed for those that really know nothing and want to However if you’d like a more relaxing and entertaining time why not try our These courses do include audience participation, and are themed, meaning you can attend as many as you wish, adding to your repertoire. Or the Ultimate, these are completely demo and pack in a whole host of suprises and tips, during which time you will be served a 3 course Lunch/ Diner... No wonder it's called the Ultimate. |
