Please find below the other services we are able to provide such as Private Dining Rooms for those wanting additional privacy and the exclusive use of a function room, our Bespoke Event Service for those wanting something specific to their requirements, our Table setting Service for those wanting a higher degree of luxury when it comes to the table, the linen and the glassware used for your event and the various options of Entertainment we are able to provide if required.

 

6.1  Private Dining Rooms

For those requiring the privacy & exclusivity of a Private Dining room we can now offer several different size rooms all fully functional and fitted with everything you need!

 

  • 6.1.1  The Chef’ Table Room

  • (Up to 16 guests but ideal for parties of 12-16)

Our Farm House Style Kitchen has a very homely feel and is the most convivial table in the house!

Please note that the seats in our Chef’s Table are high stools and may not be suitable for elderly or physically impaired guests.

Room Hire Charge :  £75.00 incl. Vat

 

  • 6.1.2  Function Room 1

  • (Up to 12 guests but ideal for parties of 10-12)

Located at the front of the Restaurant this room offers lots of natural light and has its own Front Patio.

Its slightly tucked away position gives you a little more privacy than our other rooms.

Room Hire Charge :  £60.00 incl. Vat

 

  • 6.1.3  Function Room 2

  • (Up to 12 guests but ideal for parties of 10-12)

Located at the “heart” of the Restaurant, this room is ideal for those wanting the privacy of their own room without being too far from the hustle & bustle of the Restaurant.

This room is perfect for combining with Function Room 1 giving the option of a much larger room suitable for up to 40 guests.

Room Hire Charge :  £60.00 incl. Vat

 

  • 6.1.4  Function Rooms 1 & 2 (combined)

  • (Up to 40 guests but ideal for parties of 22-40)

This is the perfect room for larger groups wanting their own Private space.

Choose from a number of different seating options to make it the perfect occasion to remember.

Function Rooms 1 & 2 can be further combined with Function Room 3 and our Chef’s Table Room giving a total capacity of up to 100 guests!

Room Hire Charge :  £125.00 incl. Vat

 

  • 6.1.5  Function Room 3

  • (Up to 22 guests but ideal for parties of 12-20)

Located at the “heart” of the Restaurant this room offers a glimpse of the action in the kitchen without being too in your face.

Room Hire Charge :  £65.00 incl. Vat

 

  • 6.1.6  The Blue Room

  • (Up to 12 guests but ideal for parties of 10-12)

Our Blue Room, normally part of the Bar, is light and airy. It connects to our Private outdoor sunny Patio.

Please note that the seats in our Blue Room are high stools and may not be suitable for elderly or physically impaired guests.

Room Hire Charge :  £60.00 incl. Vat

 

6.2  Bespoke Events

For those looking for something different, whatever that may be, we are always willing to try and accommodate you as much as possible so please feel free to contact us and ask for anything you might want.

We will do our very best to accommodate you as much as possible.

 

6.3  Table Setting Services

If your event takes a more formal style, we can make sure that the table set- up meets your requirements, whether it is a wedding reception or an anniversary dinner!

Please choose from the following set-up extras:

Table cloths Ribbon wrapped linen napkins Chair covers Table decorations (eg. Candle holders, balloons, place cards, etc)
The Setting-up costs depend on your choice of extras and number of people attending your event.

 

6.4  Entertainment: Live Music / Casino

We are already running our popular Live Music Nights every Thursday and have access to a great selection of singers and bands should you wish to have Live Music at your bespoke event. Simply let us know what style of music you would like and we will make suitable recommendations.

If you want your event to have a special fun factor, we can also provide a casino with Roulette and Black Jack. This has been incredibly popular over the last years on New Years Eve. Depending on the type of event you may wish to sell tickets to your guests with all the proceeds going to a charity of your choice (which is what we do here at Tummies) or simply play for fun!!
The costs of both Live Music and Casino hire are subject to the day and period of time you would like to book the Artist/ Croupiers for.

 

6.5  Other Services

  • Marquee Hire can be organised
  • Bar Area can be reserved.

 

7.  Pricing

Please note that all prices quoted are subject to vat at the Standard rate (unless otherwise stated)

A 12.5% Service Charge will be added to the Food & Beverage content of your bill.
