Cookery School
Scheduled to open in July 2005, our Cookery School will aim to offer its participants a number of different classes aimed at those who like to prepare, cook and eat good food.
Classes will be held in small groups and will take place week day mornings (11.00am - 2.00pm), Saturday mornings (11.00am - 2.00pm) and week-day evenings (7.30pm - 10.30pm)
The format will revolve around the preparation of a Three course lunch or dinner which the participants will then sample with a glass of wine and coffee.
In another word, it will be the perfect outing with friends with a difference.
